Fran is the Executive Chairman, Founder, Inventor and visionary of Frasil Group.
Fran has been involved with creating, developing and delivering technology for more than 20 years. She has previously taken a start-up technology from Australia to the USA and licensed that technology to a US Fortune 500 Company in the defence industry.
Apart from Fran’s experience in creating, developing and delivering technology, other areas of competency include anthropology, philosophy, psychology, sociology and linguistics; research methodology, political behaviours and strategies, strategy and market direction and the building and commercialising of businesses and their products and services.
Greg Vale is the solicitor director of Vale Legal. Greg has over 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer. Greg has an outstanding reputation and a long list of faithful clients that use him for all of their tax-related issues. Greg is an accredited specialist in Business and Personal Tax as accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Law Society of New South Wales and is a member of the Revenue NSW/Law Society of NSW Liaison Committee
Greg is author of Lexis Nexis Practice Guidance Property Law Module – Taxation and Revenue and ByLawyers Companies Trusts Partnerships and Superannuation Legal Guide Greg is a regular speaker on taxation, estate planning, superannuation and business structuring issues for legal and accounting groups. Greg has spoken on behalf of the Law Society of New South Wales, UNSW, Taxation Institute of Australia and Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Greg Bergan is a seasoned executive having spent over 25 years in the Disability Sector. This experience is grounded from his childhood, having grown up as the older sibling of a brother living with an intellectual disability.
In 1995, Greg joined the Australian Quadriplegic Association to establish its first open employment program. Greg progressed through AQA to become General Manager and was appointed as CEO in February 2002. In 2003, Greg re-launched AQA with a new brand and image as Spinal Cord Injuries Australia and introduced new Peer Support, Business and Employment programs, including the highly successful Workplace Injury Prevention Program, Teamsafe.
In 2008, Greg commenced as CEO of Eastern Respite & Recreation. Greg steered the organisation through continual transformation with particular emphasis on Person Centred Approaches, program development, growth and re-branding. Eastern Respite & Recreation morphed into Creativity Inc and tripled in size. Creativity Inc successfully transitioned into the NDIS in 2017 and merged with The Northcott Society in January 2020.
